Design Flexibility

In addition to a range of standard profiles, Antique Stone’s unique manufacturing process allows for the production of special pieces in any shape or size, without additional mold costs and time delays. Free formed pools are paved in continuous segmented lengths without the need for extensive cuts and joins. Pool coping, step treads, thresholds & flagstones are all made to the size and shape required for your design.

Antique Stone manufactures all pool coping, step treads, capping, masons mitres and other special pieces to clients specifications, in multiples of ½ inch (13mm) to virtually any length, width or shape. On site profiling is also provided at no extra cost.

A choice of edge profiles, bullnose or Scocia are also available, and can be molded to one, two, three or all four sides of the piece. Bullnose is 2” (50mm) thick and Scocia is 2 ¾” (70mm) thick.

Antique Stone pool coping and step treads have been designed with the installer in mind. As a result of this, installation time and costs are dramatically reduced. Virtually no cutting is required to our dimensionalised products.
