Antique Stone was the selected stone for the comprehensive pool renovation project at the luxurious, historic Hotel Galvez on the Galveston, Texas coast overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Antique Stone fit beautifully with the historic hotel’s theme, complementing the Mediterranean “Old World” architecture of the hotel which opened in 1911. Antique Stone products supplied to the project included all of the pool coping and decking, fountain and spa capping, step treads, and architectural stone borders for the planter areas.
